Jeff Condon
As the Chief Executive Officer of MBAinteract, Jeff is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company. Jeff is active in customer relations and business development activities.
Prior to starting MBAinteract, Jeff gained extensive experience in the recruiting space through providing support to career centers and working with MBA groups to enhance their interaction with employers.Previously he worked at IBM and Cisco Systems in product management, marketing and strategic roles.Jeff has worked with Spencer Stuart Executives Search Consultants and with various startups. He has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from USC Marshall.
Adam Neff
As the Chief Operating Officer of MBAinteract, Adam is responsible for all product development and operations activities. Adam leverages his extensive experience in web application and new media development to design and enhance MBAinteract functionality and usability.
Adam began his career in web application development as co-founder and COO of Essembly, LLC (now Facebook Causes), where he ran product strategy and day-to-day business operations for the company's issue based matching system. Adam has consulted for a variety of companies including Tuenti, the Los Angeles Times Interactive Group, and Vidatak. Adam is currently working toward his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business. He is a graduate of Occidental College with double honors in Economics & Diplomacy and World Affairs.
J. Galen Buckwalter, Ph.D.
As the Chief Scientific Advisor of MBAinteract, Dr. Buckwalter is active in the design and development of MBAinteracts proprietary matching technology designed to assess candidates. Using science and statistics, MBAinteract's matching technology uncovers preferences and interests in order to provide valuable information for career seekers and employers. An established research psychologist and an internationally-recognized expert, Dr. Buckwalter is dedicated to the development of a world class research program.
Prior to working with MBAinteract, Dr. Buckwalter was the Chief Scientist at eHarmony, an online relationship services provider. As the Chief Scientist, Dr. Buckwalter was responsible for the design and development of eHarmony's various profiling instruments and for developing eHarmony's comprehensive research programs. Dr. Buckwalter has authored more than 100 papers in the fields of psychology, neuropsychology and health services and served as a director of research at Kaiser Permanente. He holds a doctorate from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. He is also a former research professor at the University of Southern California.
N. Darius Sankey, Ph.D.
Dr. N. Darius Sankey has been a Managing Director at DFJ Zone Ventures. He has led Zone's technology assessment efforts and overseen its portfolio investments for over eight years.Dr. Sankey has served as a board member for several companies such as Siimpel Corporation, Lumexis, Inc. and Microfabrica and Neven Vision (Acquired by Google). Dr. Sankey worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and held positions at the RAND Corporation and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Dr. Sankey holds a B.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from MIT and a Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester.Dr. Sankey is also an adjunct professor at USC Marshall and UCSD's Rady School of Management.
David M. Porter, Jr., Ph.D.
Dr. Porter is an expert in diversity and serves as the Executive Director at the Walter Kaitz Foundation, an organization promoting diversity within the cable industry.He was formerly the Director of Graduate Programs for the Howard University School of Business from 2003-2006. He is a visiting scholar at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and was a co-creator of the UCLA African American Leadership Institute.Dr. Porter holds a PhD in organizational behavior and a Masters Degree in Sociology from Harvard, as well as a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, a Masters Degree in Sociology, and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, all from Stanford.
